Our team approach ensures that everyone is working together toward the same goal – an enhanced quality of life and more independence for you. As an inpatient, you will have a team that meets regularly to discuss your treatment goals, reviews your progress, revises your treatment plans when necessary, and decides when it’s time for you to leave the hospital.

The nurses at our inpatient facility are recognized for their nursing excellence and are certified rehabilitation nurses. The 23-bed unit is certified by the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities with subspecialty certifications in Stroke Rehabilitation, Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Cancer Rehabilitation.

  • A typical inpatient stay is two weeks. Our patients get three hours of therapy five days each week. More than 80 percent of patients return home after their inpatient rehabilitation stay.

  • When inpatient rehabilitation is no longer required, or your injury or illness isn’t severe enough for inpatient care, you will start your recovery in an outpatient setting. Baptist Health’s outpatient rehabilitation services at several convenient locations in the region help patients make a smooth transition back to daily life.
